Evaluation

 

Evaluation for career path advancement or demotion is conducted twice a year, in January and July. Career path promotion or demotion can be seen from meeting the minimum production requirements established for each career path.

 

The career path can be either “Generic” or “Quantum”:

  1. “Generic” means the agent’s career path promotion or demotion proceeds step by step.
  2. “Quantum” means the agent’s career path promotion or demotion can proceed directly by two levels, depending on the agent’s performance.

 

 

 

Requirements to Become an Adira Insurance Agent

 

Administrative Requirements for Acceptance of Individual Agents:

  1. Fill in Individual Agent Registration Form
  2. Copy of ID card (KTP)
  3. Two 3x4 cm passport photos
  4. Photocopy of bank savings book

 

Administrative Requirements for Acceptance as Agent Company:

  1. Manager of prospective Agent Company fills in Agent Company Registration Form
  2. Copy of Articles of Association, which have been reported to Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and recorded in the State Gazette
  3. Copy of Trading Business License (SIUP)
  4. Copy of Certificate of Domicile (SKD_
  5. Copy of Taxpayer ID Number (NPWP)
  6. Copy of ID card (KTP) of Agent Company manager
  7. Two 3x4 cm passport photos of Agent Company manager
