HR management is performed as maximum as possible, start from the processes of "Recruitment & Selection", "Performance Management", "People Development", up to "Compensation Management".
"Recruitment & Selection" process is organization’s gate that plays important role to obtain potential prospective employee with high competence according to organization’s requirement, high working motivation to do the best, as well as physically and mentally healthy.
"Performance Management" includes:
- The arrangement of "performance plan" for each person that is derived from organization"performance"
- "Performance review" in the form of "coaching & counseling" performed periodically by the managers when monitoring the performance of their direct reports, and
- Performance evaluation to asses the performance value of their direct reports objectively.
Employee development is performed accurately and continuously start from the determination of competence model, either ‘soft competence’ or ‘technical competence’, the assessment of employee competence level, the selection of appropriate development program, up to program evaluation. In addition, employee development is performed by considering individual and organization needs, either for short or long term. Financial or non-financial compensation is provided by considering the internal balance of each individual in line with their contributions.
