PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika (Adira Insurance) organized an event called “Mini Musical Show RAMA SINTA” in celebrating the 6th Anniversary of Adira Insurance on Thursday (24/1), at Upper Room Jakarta, Annex Building, Jakarta.
The event, themed “Building Excellence Together”, was attended by Commissioners, Board of Directors and other management members of Adira Insurance as well as invited businnes partners of Adira Insurance. In addition to the commemoration of the Adira Insurance anniversary, the event was also intended as appreciation to business partners of Adira Insurance.
Mini Musical Show was a unique show, a mixture of theather, dance, and vocals packed in a performance of classical story “RAMA SINTA”. The show was fully performed by EKI Dance Company with Ulli Herdinansyah and Indah Sita Nursanti (Sita RSD) as vocalists and actor/actress.
Beside Mini Musical Show RAMA SINTA, the program included also the award of ISO 9001:2000 Certificate from Badan Sertifikasi URS to Adira Insurance. The ISO Certificate was awarded to Adira Insurance because it has successfully met the standard quality for product and customer services.
Mini Musical Show was made simply to celebrate the 6th Anniversary of Adira Insurance. Since late 2007 till 2008, Adira Insurance has made a series of activities in connection with its 6th anniversary, such as:
- Repackage of car insurance product - autocillin
- Launching of motocycle insurance product - motopro
- ISO 9001:2000 Certification
- Commencing the continous Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- 6th Anniversary Celebration called “6 Years of Joy – Building Excellence Together” specifically for internal employees of Adira Insurance
- Modification and development of website from www.autocillin.co.id to www.asuransi.adira.co.id
- The implementation of Service Excellence Circle (SEC) to update the implementation of continues improvement for internal employees of Adira Insurance
- Customer Service Award, a special program for internal employees of Adira Insurance to get a prestigious award as the Best Frontliner.
All were done to address the business development demand, and to give the best result for the customers of Adira Insurance. This way is expected to strengthen the Adira Insurance’s position in the future and confirm its vision to Become The Most Admired General Insurance Company in Indonesia.
