09.00 – 11.00 O’clock
The Best Time to Seek For Idea
During this time, your cortisol stress hormone is at medium level. This will help you to be focused on thinking. Interestingly, this condition is experienced by all age groups.
Use these times for: working on any task which needs analysis and concentration, developing new ideas, making presentation and performing brainstorming in order to obtain solution for small or big challenges. For middle aged people, clearer thought can be gained in the morning, so start to organize your schedule to discuss work or personal matters.
11.00 – 14.00 O’clock
The Best Time for Hard Task
During this time, sleeping hormone, called melatonin, decrease rapidly in your brain. The decrease of melatonin makes you ready to work on any task.
Use these times for: working on office tasks, answering clients’ emails and making presentation to your boss and client.
14.00 – 15.00 O’clock
The Best Time to Relax

Use these times for: brainstorming with your co-workers or meeting with lower stress level. If it is time for you to leave, use the time to strengthen your brain, for example by performing activities other than your normal work, such as exercise.
Well, after 18.00 O’clock, you can do a lot of personal activities, like hanging up with your friends or enjoying delectable dinner. But don’t forget, at 22.00 O’clock, it's time for you to prioritize adequate sleep.
When you are sleeping, your brain does not completely sleep, it will work to arrange all events experienced and learned during the day.
