  1. Can I get emergency assistance if I have a serious problem when driving?
    Yes. Just contact Adira Care at 021 390 3456 or use the SMS Channel, 0812 111 3456. As soon as you report the incident, autocillin will send someone to help you.

  2. How can I get information about autocillin products and services?
    To obtain information about autocillin products and services, contact Adira Care at 021 390 3456, use the SMS Channel 0812 111 3456, or phone or go in person to the nearest representative office in your city.

  3. What’s the difference between autocillin classic and autocillin Ikhlas?
    Autocillin Classic offers products with a greater variety of features, while Autocillin Ikhlas offers more affordable products by giving you the freedom to choose the amount of premium you pay.

  4. Could you explain about the profit sharing? And are all autocillin Ikhlas customers entitled to profit sharing?
    Profit sharing means that we will return to you a certain percentage of the premium you have paid. Profit sharing is only provided to those customers who make no claims during one year of coverage.

  5. What is the meaning of “limitation of liability” in the autocillin Ikhlas products, and how is it determined?
    Limitation of liability with Autocillin Ikhlas means that there is a limit on the amount of compensation when a customer files a claim, in line with what the customer agreed when purchasing the autocillin Ikhlas TLO policy. The level of limitation on liability that you choose will determine the amount of compensation when you file a claim; the maximum amount of compensation is equal to the limitation of liability or the market price of the vehicle immediately before the loss occurred.

  6. Is my driver also insured by Autocillin if he has an accident while driving my car?
    If you get the personal accident extended coverage, then automatically the person driving and the passengers at the time of an accident are covered. So if your driver is driving your car, he is also covered.

  7. Can I get coverage for medical expenses in the event of an accident?
    You can get coverage for medical expenses by getting the appropriate extended coverage in your Autocillin product.

  8. What is the maximum age for a vehicle to be insured by Autocillin?
    The maximum age of a vehicle insured by Autocillin depends on which product you choose. For comprehensive coverage, the maximum vehicle age is eight years; for Total Loss Only, it is 15 years.

  9. Can I insure my car that was assembled abroad (built up)?
    You can insure your vehicle through Autocillin, but this will not involve the standard Autocillin Classic and Autocillin Ikhlas products. The acceptance process will depend on the applicable terms and conditions; please ask your Adira Insurance branch office for more specific information.

  10. What is an Autocillin Anchor Garage?
    Autocillin Anchor Garages are garages that are the main partners of autocillin; they provide top quality results because they receive constant supervision from Adira Insurance.

  11. What are the advantages of choosing to use an Autocillin Anchor Garage?
    The advantages of using an Autocillin Anchor Garage are the following special services:
    1. Lifetime guarantee for painting work done at any Autocillin Anchor Garage during the coverage period.
    2. Pick Up/ Delivery: the Autocillin Anchor Garage performing the work will pick up your car and return it to you, so you don’t have to travel great distances.
    3. Car Progress Monitoring Service: you will be given information routinely on the status of the work being done on your car at the Autocillin Anchor Garage.

  12. Why do I need to give Autocillin/Adira Insurance my cell phone number?
    You need to give Autocillin/Adira Insurance your hand phone number so that you can receive additional services from Autocillin/Adira Insurance such as notification about features and services, the ending/renewal date of your policy, and all the latest information from Autocillin/Adira Insurance, such as tips, quizzes, etc.

  13. What is the “existing damage” clause about? How will this affect things when I file a claim?
    The existing damage clause is an additional term in a motor vehicle policy that describes conditions of damage to your vehicle that existed before the vehicle was insured. Autocillin does not cover such damage. The existing damage clause will be declared no longer valid by autocillin immediately after we conduct a repeat survey of the insured vehicle, based on your notification that the damage occurred before you applied for insurance with Autocillin.
  14. How do I renew my Autocillin insurance policy?
    Adira Insurance will automatically send you a reminder by letter or telephone around one month before the policy is due to end, based on the information in our database. (This is why it’s important for you to inform us about any changes in your address or telephone/ hand phone number.) All you need to do then is send confirmation to autocillin and pay the amount of your premium to the appropriate bank account number. Your policy will then be renewed.
