    And how to determine it? Indemnity limit in Autocillin Ikhlas product is the amount of indemnity limit in the event of claim by the Customer according to the amount agreed by the Customer when he/she buy TLO Autocillin Ikhlas product. Selected indemnity limit will determine the amount of indemnity in the event of claim, where the maximum indemnity value is equal to indemnity limit or vehicle’s market value immediately before the occurrence of loss.

  7. What is the maximum vehicle age that can be insured by Autocillin?
    Maximum vehicle age that can be insured by Autocillin depends on the product selected by the customer. If the customer selects comprehensive coverage, the maximum vehicle age allowed is 8 years. If the selected coverage is Total Loss Only, the maximum vehicle age allowed is 15 years.

  12. What is meant by Previous Defect Clause? How will this clause influence any claim submission?
    Previous defect clause is an additional provision for motor vehicle policy that details any damage on your vehicle occurred before the vehicle is insured. Autocillin will not indemnify such damages. Previous defect clause will be considered as inapplicable by Autocillin immediately after a re-survey is performed over the insured vehicle, according to your disclosure that such damages exist before proposing the insurance to Autocillin.

  13. How to extend my Autocillin insurance policy?
    We will automatically remind you either through a letter or telephone call at least one month before your policy is due for renewal according to your data as contained in our database. Therefore, it is important for you to inform us any change to your address & telephone/cellphone number. As the next step, you can confirm to Autocillin personnel and pay the premium amount to our bank account. After the above step is completed, your policy will be extended.
