  1. For the minimum premium of Rp.100,000, is that the gross amount?
    Yes. This minimum premium is gross, including administration fees.
  2. What is the maximum age of a motorcycle that can be covered by motopro?
    The maximum age of for a motorcycle to be insured is seven years.
  3. Is there any limit on the engine capacity (cc) for a motorcycle to be covered? And can CBU motorcycles be covered?
    When applying for a motopro policy, as long as it is easy to obtain the reference selling price of the motorbike, it’s not a problem if it’s completely built up or has a large engine. However, if the price of the motorcycle is over Rp. 30,000,000, internal approval from Adira Insurance is required.

  4. If I use my motorcycle as public transport (ojek), can it still be covered?
    No. Only motorcycles used for personal or official purposes can be covered by motopro.

  5. What if the insured party owns more than one vehicle? Is the Personal Accident (PA) limit multiplied by the number of vehicles or not?
    Because the extended covered for 24-hour PA is by its nature a benefit, the compensation should be calculated based on the total amount of insurance held by the insured party.

  6. If there is an accident and the insured party is treated in the hospital and suffers a permanent disability, is he entitled to the accident benefit (max. 20 million rupiah) and also the medical expenses (max. 1.5 million rupiah) or only the accident benefit?
    If the claim is claimable (in line with the terms of the coverage and the policy), the insured party is entitled to both. These are insurance benefits; the hospital fees are covered by the medical expenses, while the accident benefit is incurred because the insured party suffers a permanent disability.

  7. Who is entitled to receive accident benefits (PA) and/or medical expense benefits?
    The only person entitled to these benefits is the insured party, that is, the customer whose name is stated in the motor vehicle insurance application form (FAAKB) and the policy.

  8. Are there any sharia-based motopro products? If yes, are the rates and terms and conditions the same as for the conventional motopro products?
    Yes, there are sharia motopro products, and the rates and other terms and conditions are the same as for the conventional products.

  9. What’s the difference between the sharia motopro products and the conventional motopro products?
    The only difference between the sharia and the conventional motopro products is in the profit sharing feature.

  10. What make and model of motorcycle is the prize for the motorcycle drawing?
    Currently, it’s a Yamaha Mio. (Make of motorcycle may change from time to time in line with changes in market preferences)

  11. Who can take part in this motorcycle drawing program?
    The motorcycle raffle is open to customers with coverage following the terms and conditions of the standard motopro packages, other than Adira Insurance employees.
