1. Is minimum premium of Rp 100,000.- gross?
   That is right. The said minimum premium is gross. It consists of the premium and administration cost.

2. What is the maximum age of motor cycle that can be covered by motopro?
   The maximum age of motor cycle to be insured is 7 years.


3. Is there any limitation to machine capacity (cc) for motor cycle to be insured? In addition, can I insure a CBU motor cycle?
   Motopro product can be applied as long as the market value of the motor cycle to be insured is determinable. Therefore, it does not matter whether the status is CBU or motor cycle with high CC. However, motor cycle with market value above Rp 30,000,000.- shall be approved by Adira Insurance’s internal officer.

4. Can we insure motor cycle used for public transportation purpose (Such as: Ojek)?
   The occupancy of motor cycle that can be covered by Motorpro is for private or official purpose.

5. What if the insured has more than one vehicle? Will the limit of Personal Accident (PA) insurance be multiplied by the number of his/her vehicle?
   Because the extension coverage of 24 hours Personal Accident (PA) is considered as benefit, therefore the indemnity shall be calculated according to the number of policies owned by the insured.

6. In the event of accident that causes the insured to be hospitalized and become permanently disable, will the insured receive Personal Accident (PA) benefit (max. Rp 20 million) plus medical expenses (max. Rp 1,5 million) or only the personal accident benefit (PA)?
   If the claim is determined as claimable (according to insurance conditions and the policy), thereby the insured is entitled to both benefits. Hospital treatment cost will be covered under medical expenses benefit while personal accident benefit will be paid if the insured is permanently disabled.

7. Who is entitled to the benefit of Personal Accident and Medical Expenses coverage?
   The person who is entitled to these benefits is only the insured or the customer name as contained in the Application Form of Motor Vehicle Insurance (FAAKB) and the policy.
