Claim Procedure
Claim submission and processing in Adira Insurance is quite simple. You only need to fill out a claim report form and completing the required documentation. Once this step is completed, Adira Insurance team will further analyze the claim submitted according to existing insurance condition. It is important to ensure that the loss experienced by you is covered under your policy.
Types of Loss
For motor vehicle and heavy equipment insurances, you may experience the following types of loss:
- Partial Loss
For motor vehicle and heavy equipment insurances, you may experience the following types of loss:
- Total Loss
Total loss against the insured object, where the loss reaches 75% of total sum insured. This loss may be occurred due to Total Loss Stolen or Total Loss Accident or other incidents covered under the policy.
For other non motor vehicle insurance, you may experience the types of loss as covered in the policy, therefore please read your insurance policy toroughly
Prosedur Klaim

Here is the explanation about claim processing in Adira Insurance, for motor vehicle or non motor vehicle insurance:
- Report the loss you experience within 5 working days since the date of loss. You can report your claim by:
- Directly visiting nearest Adira Insurance representative office,
- Calling nearest Adira Insurance service office or Autocillin care at 021 390 3456,
- Sending a short message through our SMS Channel to 0812 111 3456,
- Visiting our website and filling out available Claim Report Form.

Prepare your reporting documentation according to type of loss you have experienced (refer to List of Claim Supporting Documentation). Please immediately submit complete claim documentation in order to expedite the claim processing.

Several types of claim require survey processing against the insured object. This is performed in order to clearly identify the cause of loss as well as to estimate the amount of loss experienced by the customer.

After all documentation and claim data are fulfilled, Adira Insurance team will further analyze the submitted claim. This analysis is intended to determine the indemnity value and indemnity processing.
Required Claim Documentation
For all types of claim you submit, you are asked to describe the chronology in the Claim Report Form that will be provided by Adira Insurance officer. You are required to sign the form as a form of acceptance.
For Heavy Equipment claim, required supporting documentation are as follows:
- Minutes
- Accident chronology
- Pictures of damage
Other supporting documentations refer to the policy of each insurance type.
