Endorsement (Policy Change) Procedure
During the time your insurance is valid, you may make changes to the insurance contract by altering coverage conditions or data entered in the policy. The process of changing the data or coverage conditions is referred to as Endorsement. The changes in the policy could relate to increasing or reducing the risk that is ensured, changes in customer data, changes in data on the insured object, and so on. We appreciate receiving this information so that we can revise the data in your policy to keep it complete and accurate.
Policy Endorsement Procedure
The following is a more complete description of the procedure for changing a policy with Adira Insurance, whether for motor vehicle or non motor vehicle insurance:

- You can notify us of the change in data or coverage conditions in any of these ways:
- Go in person to the nearest Adira Insurance service office.
- Telephone the nearest Adira Insurance service office or Adira Care at 500 456.
- Send a text message to our SMS Channel 0812 111 3456.
- Visit our website and fill in the Endorsement Form.
- The documents needed for the endorsement process will depend on the change being proposed. Prepare complete and accurate data and submit it to Adira Insurance so that the proposed policy change can be processed.
- Certain changes in policies will require a survey of the insured object. This is to ensure that the change requested is in line with the condition of the insured object.
- The changes will be issued in the form of an Endorsement Slip, which only mentions the changes; data that are not being changed will continue to refer to the original policy. Thus, the original policy remains in force, along with the changes in the endorsement slip.
- Additional premium or refund will be incurred if the proposed policy endorsement leads to a change in the coverage price.
Documents Needed for Policy Endorsement
To change your policy, you will be asked to fill in a Policy Data Change Form, which will be provided by an Adira Insurance officer. As confirmation, you will be asked to sign the form, or fill in the endorsement form on our website.
