Policy Endorsement Procedure

During the insurance period, you can make some amendments to insurance terms and conditions by modifying the insurance coverage or other data as contained in the policy. Data and insurance coverage amendment is known by Endorsement process. Policy endorsement can be in the form of coverage addition or reduction, the amendments of customer data, insured object and so forth. Policy Endorsement Procedure

Here is the explanation about endorsement processing in Adira Insurance, wither motor vehicle or non motor vehicle insurance

1. For the purpose of data or insurance coverage amendment, you can propose it by:
   1. Directly visiting nearest Adira Insurance service office.
   2. Calling nearest Adira Insurance service office or Autocillin care at 021 390 3456.
   3. Sending a short message through our SMS Channel to 0812 111 3456.
   4. Visiting our website and filling out available Claim Report Form directly
2. Required documentation for endorsement process will be adjusted according to proposed amendment. Please prepare complete and accurate data to be submitted to Adira Insurance in order to expedite the endorsement process.
3. Several types of endorsement require survey processing against the insured object. It is performed in order to ensure that the proposed amendment is in line with the insured object conditions.
4. The amendment will be issued in the form of Endorsement Slip. This document only states the approved amendment while all unchanged data still refer to the existing policy. Therefore, the policy remains valid together with the new endorsement slip.
5. Premium addition/return will occur if the proposed policy endorsement amends the sum insured.

Required Endorsement Documentation

For policy amendment, you are asked to fill out a Endorsement Form that will be provided by Adira Insurance officer. You are required to sign the form or fill out the endorsement form on our website as a form of acceptance.
