New Application Procedure
To apply for new insurance product, you can find the information of Adira Insurance’s products through our website at www.asuransi-adira.co.id or by contacting our nearest representative office or Autocillin care at 021 390 3456.
For your convenience, Adira Insurance has also provided premium simulation facility through www.asuransi.adira.co.id to calculate the premium estimation that must be paid by you.
After fulfilling required documentation, being surveyed, and receiving the approval from Adira Insurance, you will receive a Debit Note where you can immediately do the premium payment. Premium payment process and confirmation can be viewed on Premium Payment Procedure.
Some documentation are required to facilitate insurance application process. When applying for an insurance product, please complete the following documentations:
- Insurance Application Form.
- Copy of valid ID Card / Driving license
- Copy of valid Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) (only for motor vehicle insurance).
