Payment Methods
After receiving the premium payment instruction from Adira Insurance in the form of a Debit Note, you can make the payment in any of the following ways:
- In person, by cash or credit card at our nearest service office.
- Transfer by ATM to the Adira Insurance bank account stated in the Debit Note.
- Cash deposit or transfer through a bank to the Adira Insurance bank account stated in the Debit Note.
When filling in a cash deposit or bank transfer form, please ensure that the following information is accurate:
- Name of company: PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika.
- Name of bank.
- Bank account number of the branch issuing the policy, as stated in the Debit Note.
- Amount of premium being paid, including administration fees.
- Message containing your policy number:
Example: Payment of premium for policy no. 010206000123 in the name of Santo, telephone 555 4444.
Payment Confirmation
For payments made by cash or deposit, confirm that the payment has been received, in one of these ways:
- Telephone
Phone the branch that issued the policy or autocillin care at 021 390 3456, stating the policy number and the amount of premium you have paid.
- SMS Channel
Send a text message with this format #PAID space policy number space Rp space amount
Example: #PAID 010206000123 Rp 5.680.000
- Email
Send payment confirmation by email to autocillincare@insurance.Adira.co.id with subject: Payment of premium No. xxxxxx
- Name of customer and contact telephone number (example: Santo / 021 555 4444).
- Policy number (example: 010206000123).
- Amount of premium paid, including the currency (example: Rp. 5.680.000).
- Date/month/year payment was made (example: 15 October 2007)
- Name of destination bank.
- PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika bank account number to which payment was made.

Confirm payment by filling in the payment confirmation form as per the instructions on the website.
