Payment Procedure

Payment Method

After receiving an instruction to pay an amount of premium from Adira Insurance in the form of Debit Note, you can pay the premium by:

1. Cash or Credit Card by visiting our nearest representative office directly.
2. Transfer through ATM to Adira Insurance bank account as mentioned in the Debit Note.
3. Cash deposit or bank transfer through ATM to Adira Insurance bank account as mentioned in the Debit Note.

The followings are things that must be taken into account when filling out cash deposit or cash transfer slip:

1. Company Name: PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika.
2. Bank Name
3. Bank account of the branch office that issues the policy as mentioned in the Debit Note.
4. Premium amount to be paid including administration cost.
   Information that states your policy number.
   Example: Premium payment of policy No. 010206000123 on behalf of Santo. Tel. 555 4444.

Payment Confirmation

For premium payment through cash deposit, please directly confirm after making the payment through the following method:

1. Telephone
   Please call our branch that issue the policy or Autocillin care at 021 390 3456 by mentioning your policy number and premium amount you have paid.
2. SMS Channel
   Please send an SMS with format #PAID space Policy Number space Rp. Example: #PAID 010206000123 Rp 5.680.000
   Contoh: #PAID 010206000123 Rp 5.680.000
3. Email
   Please confirm your payment through an email addressed to autocillincare@asuransi.adira.co.id, with the following subject/email title: Premium payment of policy No. Customer Name and telephone number (example: Santo / 021 555 4444).
   • Policy Number (example: 010206000123).
   • Premium amount that has been paid along with its currency (example: Rp. 5.680.000).
   • Date, Month and Year of Payment (example: October 15, 2007)
   • Name of destination bank.
   • Bank account of PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika.

   Please confirm your payment by completing payment confirmation form according to provided instruction.
