To confirm renewal of your insurance, you can contact our representative office.

For motor vehicle insurance, Adira Insurance will send a Renewal Notice stating the amount of premium for the next period and also contact you by telephone or text message to remind you that your policy is about to expire (assuming that we have your current telephone number and address and can contact you).

Next, contact Adira Insurance to confirm the renewal by:

  1. Going in person to or contacting the nearest Adira Insurance representative office.
  2. Contacting Adira Care at telephone 500 456.
  3. Sending a text message to our SMS Channel at 0812 111 3456.
  4. Online Renewal Confirmation via the Website by filling in the form.

Be sure that the information in the Renewal Notice is accurate and correct. If there are any differences or changes, notify Adira Insurance so we can make the necessary adjustments.
