Registration Procedure for New Policy

To start the process of applying for a new insurance policy, you can examine the information on Adira Insurance products at our website, www.insurance.Adira.co.id, or contact our nearest representative office or Adira Care, telephone 500 456.
For your added convenience, Adira Insurance provides a premium simulation facility through www.insurance.Adira.co.id to obtain an estimate of the premium you will pay.
After submitting the documents, undergoing a survey (if required), and receiving approval from Adira Insurance, you will receive a Debit Note and can pay your premium. For the premium payment and confirmation process, please see the Premium Payment Procedure section of this website.
Please provide the following documents when you submit your application for a new insurance policy:
- Insurance Application form
- Copy of valid ID Card (KTP) / Driver’s License (for motor vehicle insurance)
- Copy of valid vehicle registration certificate (STNK) (for motor vehicle insurance)
- Other documents, depending on the type of insurance chosen.
